This guide takes you from a blank account to a working AI assistant your customers can chat with on WhatsApp and your website. The whole flow is designed for non-technical owners — no servers, no API keys, no code.
1. Sign up
Go to ozcenklabs.com/signup and create an account with your business email. You'll get a 14-day free trial with a 500-message quota — no credit card required.
Pick the sector closest to your business: Dental Clinic, Internal Medicine, or Beauty Salon. Sector selection configures the AI's tone and the form fields it captures.
2. Confirm your email
Check your inbox for the confirmation link. If you don't see it within five minutes, check your spam folder. Click the link to activate your account.
3. First login
After confirming, you'll land on the dashboard. Take a minute to explore — the left sidebar has all the modules you'll use:
- Leads — every potential customer the AI has captured.
- Appointments — bookings made through the chatbot.
- Live Chats — full chat transcripts (WhatsApp + web), with handoff controls.
- Catalog — your services or products. The exact name in your sidebar reflects your sector (Services for clinics and salons, Products for internal medicine).
- AI Knowledge Base — documents the AI uses to answer questions.
- Business Info — your business name, address, and other public details (labelled by your sector — for example, Clinic Info for dental).
- Settings — working hours, slot rules, embed code, WhatsApp connection.
4. WhatsApp (coming soon)
Your AI receptionist answers on your website chat today. WhatsApp is on the way — we’re completing Meta’s Business approval. When it’s live you’ll be able to connect it from Settings → WhatsApp Connection in a couple of clicks; nothing you set up now needs to change.
5. Upload your knowledge base
The AI answers customer questions using your business documents and product catalog. Two places in the dashboard feed it:
- Your catalog (Services, Products, Portfolio, Vehicles — the sidebar label depends on your sector) — add items manually or CSV-import.
- AI Knowledge Base — upload PDFs, Word documents, or plain text describing your policies, FAQs, or specialties.
Full walkthrough: Upload Knowledge Base.
6. Embed the widget on your website
Open the Settings page and find the Embed Code section. Copy the floating-bubble script and paste it before the closing </body> tag of your site. The chat button appears in the bottom-right of every page.
7. Test before sharing
Send a test message through the embedded widget and through WhatsApp. Review the AI's response in Live Chats. Tune your knowledge base if anything sounds off.
Full walkthrough: Test Your Chatbot.
You're live
Share your WhatsApp number with customers, link to it from your social profiles, and let the chat widget run on your website. Every captured lead appears in the Leads module with full context — name, phone, conversation history, and the service they asked about.
